GW Class of 1969 55th Reunion!
It’s hard to believe, but it’s been 55 years since we graduated! Time has flown by, and it’s time to reconnect, reminisce, and make new memories together.
Date: Saturday, September 14, 2024
Time: 6:15 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
Location: Denver Country Club, 1700 E. 1st Ave
We’ve secured a beautiful private East Lawn patio, you remember this, and adjacent room for our event, complete with ample free parking.
What to Expect:
- Groovy Tunes: Jim Chidley and Kevin Fitzgerald have curated a fantastic 1960s pop, rock, and soul playlist.
- Cheers!: There will be a full-service cash bar.
- Italian Feast: Enjoy an Italian bistro buffet featuring chicken piccata, pasta, salads, veggies, bread, and tiramisu.
The cost is $60 per person.

Class of 1969 50th Reunion Events
It was a good time for all that attended George Washington High School, Denver, Colorado, 50th reunion for the class of 1969. The class reunion took place September 13-14, 2019, and featured three fantastic events. It started with a welcome reception at the Mercury Cafe downtown Denver on Friday night. On Saturday, classmates were able to tour George Washington High School. It all culminated with the reunion dinner at the Denver Country Club.
On Friday, September 10, 2021, the GW Class of 1969 held its 70th birthday cocktail party at the Denver Country Club on September 10, 2021.

A chance to revisit the old school. A chance to see how much has changed, and how much has stayed the same.
Over 110 classmates and their guests toured the hall of GW, for most it was the first time in the building in 50 years.
Reunion Dinner, Denver Country Club

The Reunion Dinner, at the Denver Country Club, was packed. Classmates and guests totaled 273, which was an excellent turnout. The food was good, the drinks were flowing, and the chance to catch up with old friends was great.

The welcome reception, for the class of 1969, took place on Friday, September 13th, at the Mercury Cafe.
Over 250 classmates and their guests attended the reception, and soon we will have photos from the event that you can view and download from this site to your computer.
