We were there to visit our daughter In college. The hotel was clean and seem to be recently updated. The beds were comfortable. We didn’t eat breakfast but it looked like a good one. We will be back soon!

This is probably one of the better hotels to stay at in Stillwater. It was nice and quiet despite being graduation weekend and being completely sold out for the weekend. Thankfully they did offer a breakfast buffet that included the full assortment of choices and fresh eggs, sausage, etc. Checkin was easy. Room was a bit disheveled as the shelves in the bathroom were hanging goofy and there were a few large stains on the ceiling and elsewhere. A bit disappointing was the pool being closed. Guessing it's covid related, but in reality I'm sure its due to the increase in price for chlorine. Could've used a couple of hours to rest my feet. Parking lot was packed for those nights I was there. Is next to a Walmart which is convenient if you have last minute needs.

Stayed at the hotel & they were all very pleasant & nice to deal with. The room was spacious with all the amenities (e.g. microwave, coffee maker, fridge, etc.). The washroom was very modern with top notch fixtures & a huge shower. Now if you want a good nights sleep, the kind size bed that is that is very firm with great pillows is a great way to get a good nights sleep. The price was very reasonable & I would have no problem recommending a stay here whether for business or pleasure.

Very poorly maintained and very poorly cleaned. We checked into the room in the late afternoon. The room smelled like sewer. We were in a hurry to make it to a dinner with daughter. We had to grab a few things at the Walmart next door, so we bought an air fresher and spray to see if that would help. We came back later in the night and air freshener seemed to help. It was not until the next morning we discovered the cause of the smell. There was fecal matter on the bathroom wall. I talked the lady at the front desk about it. She did not seem to care and did not offer to move us. She said she would have it cleaned up. We left the room and did not return until late in the afternoon. We check the bathroom to see if it had been cleaned, it had not. I went and talked to the lady at the front deck ( same person I talked to that morning) she told me that the head of house hold said it had been cleaned and that she could not make any decisions. There was another employee there at the desk and he spoke up and said he would move us to another room. Most of the employees were very pleasant. But can not believe that the management allows the rooms to be like they are. The Hotel is not very old but it looks dirty and run down. There is more to are bad experience but figured this post is long enough.

This hotel is actually great! If not during Covid it would be great. Very clean and room layout was great. Everywhere you look in the hotel there are signs stating their strict mask and distancing policy. These are completely ignored and not enforced. We were there for an entire weekend and maybe saw 5% of the people wearing masks. The hotel employees were always wearing them. The worst was the elevators. The sign says masks required and no more than 2 people/families and to maintain distancing. People pile in a fill the elevator, and no one wear a mask. We would start on the 4th floor alone, but on the way down people would get on and pile in. We have stayed at many hotels during Covid and this is the only hotel that has had this issue.

My wife and I checked in late on the evening of 1/30/2020 after being on the road for hours. When we arrived to check into the hotel I realized that I had mistakenly put the wrong arrival date on the reservation when I made it and we really didn't have a room waiting for us. Seeing how tired we were and without hesitating Christina told us she was going to prepare a room and it would be a few minutes while she did that. She had already worked a double shift that day and it would have been much easier for her to tell us we didn't have a room and sent us out the door. Christina truly exemplified empathy and genuine hospitality, which is not so common anymore. She had a smile on her face the entire time and made us feel welcome and cared for. She is definitely a huge asset for that hotel!

Screaming, yelling, running returning concert goers all night. Multiple complaints by guests were not effective. At 7:00AM on a Sunday, the room next door sounded like construction but was probably just the really think walls.
I complained. Others complained. No response.
I'll stay at the Residence Inn next door on my next visit.

Great service food was good fast check in just ask if you need anything. Walmart is Next door close to colleges. Close to city’s , six flags and other thing to do pool that is open. Had a nice stay so did the kids

We were switching hotels from another local hotel in Stillwater and wanted to see a room before making a reservation and booking the room. The manager, Melissa, was kind enough to show us two rooms; both were new and clean. These weren’t “demo” rooms for show. We booked one of them and enjoyed our stay. The staff were all very pleasant and the hotel is clean. Glad we switched hotels that day!

Stopped through Stillwater on our way to Mt Rushmore. Clean and in good working order. Quiet room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast provided (eggs, biscuit gravy, waffles, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal). Friendly staff. Would stay again!
