VALORANT - Refund Policy

Only unused in-game content and unused VP purchased within the last 14 days are eligible for a refund.  In-game content counts as used once it's taken into a game: that means you've reached the loading screen of a match in any mode (including custom games or practice) with that content equipped.

YOU CAN'T GET A REFUND ON:

  • Used Weapon Skins
  • Upgraded Weapon Skins
  • Weapon Skin Levels and Variants
  • Weapon Skin Bundles
  • Used Accessories (Gun Buddies, Player Cards, etc.)
  • Agents
  • Premium Battle Passes
  • Premium Battle Pass Levels
  • Radianite Points
  • Any purchase made with Kingdom Credits (Agent Gear, Accessories Store)

Bundle Refund Policy

Bundles are non-refundable. If you buy individual items on the bundle page and then decide to buy the complete bundle later, you can get a refund for the individually purchased item as long as the item is unused/not upgraded AND you didn’t buy the bundle yet! Once the bundle is purchased, those items can’t be refunded. 

Free in Bundle

Before purchasing an individual item that would normally be included for free in a full bundle purchase, please consider that this won't reduce the bundle's cost. If you're interested in even a few of the other items as well, getting the bundle may be a better deal.

Discounted in Bundle

Similarly, items that are at a discount in-bundle can't be refunded once you buy the completed bundle. Buying these individually only reduce the cost of the bundle by their cost as shown in the "Buy Bundle" button's confirmation screen.
