I really enjoyed my 4 day stay with my son. The staff were very accommodating and kind. The pool was refreshing on the humid days and the laundry facilities were convenient to have so close. We will stay here again when we visit.
This was a nice place to stay. It was perfectly acceptable for my needs, it was near the Newmarket movie theatre and a lot of good restaurants - nice places to walk around during the evening. Just far enough away to avoid the city.
an ok hotel but way overpriced hot tub is constantly broken, winter parking lot is poorly maintained, hotel is located with 1km of a homeless shelter which attracts many undesirable characters, owner can be dxifficult to deal with
Had a personal event to attend in a neighbouring rural community, so didn't have a lot of choice for accommodations given the location; this was about the closest/only/cheapest. That said, it was decent enough for the one night, and was relatively inexpensive. On the one hand, it feels like it is in the middle of nowhere in the country, however in actuality it is just down the street from a comprehensive grouping of retail stores and food establishments, so it is really quite handy if you have to be in the area for some reason. Although the ladies working the front desk were pleasant and friendly and helpful, it did throw me off a bit to see the check-in being so old-fashioned (manually, with paper checklists, etc -- not computerized). I suppose you'd get that with a B and B,…
An older motel but clean. Doing some remodelling. Have beautiful grounds wth lovely perennial plants. Friendly staff. Very centrally located to everything on Young St and the rest of Newmarket activities.
We Had nice time at this Inn for 2 day stop over. The room was Clean, the staff were friendly had nice time swimming in the pool. The Hot tub was being repaired at this time. The Grounds are very nicely kept. The Breakfast is a small continental. We Would stay again. Price is reasonable, Inn is very close to Newmarket rather then Bradford Ontario
Spent one night while in the area for an event. This is a two story Motel (the second floor is not 'accessible. there are no elevators).. It is made up of three buildings., the main building which houses some units and where you check in, go to use the vending machine, and where the 'Continental Breakfast' is served. The other two buildings are around the back... you park in front of your room. Accommodation was adequate, beds were clean and comfortable, enough linnens, and pillows... flat screen TV and Heating / Airconditioning worked. We stayed in room 73.. These are 'self contained' units with fridge, stove and eating area, then an adjoining bedroom with ensuite. There were two double beds in this unit. Friends stayed in room 55 and were not as fortunate in their…
Clean , comfortable and spacious rooms. Really liked the feature of a kitchen in the room. Comfortable beds and polite and wonderful person checking us in. Large and clean pool to use. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
This is a busy little inn for workers and business people - practically full every day of the week. It is at the top of Yonge Street so is an easy drive down to Aurora where I was taking a business course. The indoor pool is great and the garden is lovely. Price is definitely right.
We stopped at the hotel for the Newmarket Jazz Festival in late August. They had beautiful gardens. The rooms were quite nice and very clean. They had a continental breakfast that we enjoyed. The in door pool area was clean too. Unless you are cooking more or have children, we do not think the suites are worth the extra money. However, the suites are protected from the 'noise' on Young street. So if you are a light sleeper stay in the rooms. We did not notice much after about 10:00 p.m.
