Disappointed that I was charged a different price that what was quoted to me when I checked in. I was charged $23 more that the quoted price. I was disappointed in the fact that my card was charged, and I had to go through the trouble of trying to get a refund before I checked out.
I’ve been coming to this hotel for over Seven years now. Ms. Jay & the rest of the staff have always taken great care of me. I love this hotel. I stay a few times a year during our conventions and they never disappoint me.
everything was great except the bed. very uncomfortable, breakfast was great, check in was a snap everyone was very friendly. the price was very reasonable. I was afraid it would not be a quality hotel because of reasonable rate but was pleasantly surprised
While on a car trip to and from Florida, we stayed for 6 nights in several hotels. Most were clean, comfortable, and in the $85-$95 range. On March 5, we stayed at the Park Inn by Radisson, in Albany, Georgia. It was $102, and by far the filthiest, most run down hotel we've experienced. I wish I could attach pictures. The room microwave was on the floor, the tile around the shower had a 1/2" gap in it near the corner. The hallways were the worst, looking like they'd been vomited on in at least 2 places. The rooms were not much better. Carpeting in the room was old, and not vacuumed thoroughly. It was a disgusting environment. I am not one of those fussy, picky people, so I know filthy & run down when I see it. There was a pool, but it was filled with green water, old & unfiltered. Yuk!…
One of the worst check ins ever . After getting to the room it looks like it wasn’t cleaned. There are stains all over the bed. The window curtains has orange and yellow stuff all over them the tub is dirty spots on two of the three pillows. Look like week droppings on the black chair like u can’t tell the difference between weed and dirt. Picture to follow went to the front desk the lady there said someone will be up to clean at 6pm it’s now 7 no call from the front and nobody has yet to come when I went back down she told me someone will be there or I can just check out I asked if I can just switch room she said no because they will be all booked up like she couldn’t move us then have this room cleaned the proper way and sell it to someone else then I said that this is not right and being a chief engineer for a Hilton brand hotel is unacceptable she told me again I can checkout if it wasn’t for my brother and we came all the way from Baltimore this would not have ended good. #fukmylifecoronavives…
I was here for one night on a work trip and the first room I was given was on the second floor. Upon approaching the door to the room, I saw a roach on the wall next to the door handle. Ok, well, at least it wasn't in the room. I opened the door, and right on the wall next to the door was another roach. I went directly to the front desk to ask for another room. The next room was on the first floor and had no apparent issues, other than an extremely tattered washcloth (fine, but not 3 star fine), and stains on the wall, but honestly I didn't look very closely for fear of seeing another roach. The carpets in the hall and in the room were very worn and stained. I made sure that we finished our work in the area the next day so that we wouldn't need to spend another night here! The one thing I didn't have a problem with was service from the staff. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The management has clearly spent money and effort making the front desk and foyer look clean and updated. If only they spent as much money taking care of the actual rooms and paying for decent pest control.…
My first room was a disaster. The stink of cigarette smoke was intense - nonsmoking property allegedly. I explained to the desk that the room was not going to work and was given another down the hall. 1. The door looked like it had been kicked in. The door barely latched. The door to the room next to it looked like it had been kicked in as well. 2. The wall mirror was missing. Just empty brackets. 3. The bathroom was freshly caulked. Not just the seams. There was caulk everywhere. Gobs of it. 4. The need for caulk became apparent. It was the only thing holding the tub faucet to the wall and the toilet roll holder and towel bar as well. 5. Dying roach on the bathroom floor in the morning. 6. Hair on the pillow. Not mine. We had a second reservation for the return leg which I promptly canceled.…
Only one desk attendant. Long wait. Furniture in the room was missing drawer fronts like a gorilla had stayed there. Room was dirty, sticky surfaces, dirty mirror. No fresh fruit at breakfast. Broken waffle machine. Staff offered insight on how to work around it AFTER I had made a mess of it. Not helpful.
Does NOT live up to the Radisson name in any way, shape of form. Room and bathroom were dirty, sheets were dirty, no bed skirt, room was run down and smelt like urine. Checked in around 2 am after a 22 hour drive and was too exhausted to look for anywhere else so I was forced to risk it. Checked out promptly the next day and into another hotel.
Do NOT stay at this place. It was filthy. The room had not been cleaned. Wine stains, filthy carpet and the sheets had been slept on. We were tired so I called and they brought up clean sheets. The place was totally disgusting. We got no sleep. I have NEVER stayed in such an awful room and never will again. Breakfast was a joke. All the regulars ate breakfast and there wasn't any food left. This was early. We tried to tell the lady that was in charge and she totally ignored us. No breakfast - No coffee - No sleep. Do yourself a favor and don't stay there. I called for a refund and they basically laughed. I will NEVER stay in any Radisson again. Very disappointing.
