    Important Note:
  1. The transfer of account is applicable only for all Savings with mode of operation as 'Singly' and Current Account with constitution as 'Individual'
  2. You will be intimated about the status of the request within 2 working days
  3. To change address, you need to visit branch or you can change on internet banking
  4. All cheques payable at par issued to you in your Bank Account can be used after the transfer of account.

    Things you don't need to worry about:
  1. The existing debit card/ATM card will be valid even after the account is transferred
  2. The account number/s will remain unchanged after transfer to the branch requested for
  3. All the standing instructions and ECS mandates would be honoured, if otherwise in order
  4. The remaining channel facilities(debit card, i-connect and telebanking) will remain the same
  5. In case of flexi linked savings accounts, the linked FD's would remain mapped in the old Sol ids. However in case the customer has issued cheques and there is insufficient balance in the savings account, the FDRs linked to the savings account will be automatically liquidated.
  6. Withdrawing the encash 24 facility will be possible only once the FDR's linked to the old Sol have been closed by issuing cheques.
  7. Further if the encash 24 is continued, the new linked FD's will be made in the new branch
