Blackstone in Talks to Buy Dulwich Schools in Singapore, Seoul

Blackstone Inc. is nearing a deal to buy some of <-bsp-bb-link state="{"bbHref":"bbg://securities/1027799D%20LN%20Equity","_id":"0000018f-372d-d4b6-a98f-f73d85c60001","_type":"0000016b-944a-dc2b-ab6b-d57ba1cc0000"}">Dulwich College International’s Asian assets for about $600 million, according to people with knowledge of the matter, underscoring the continued appetite of buyout firms in the education sector.

The deal will include acquiring the schools in Singapore and South Korea from Education in Motion, the people said, asking not be identified discussing confidential information. It doesn’t plan to include the ones in China, they said.
