State Farm was hit with an insurance coverage lawsuit on Wednesday in Louisiana Middle District Court. The suit, over damages arising from Hurricane Ida, was brought by McClenny Moseley & Associates on behalf of Brandon Broussard. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:22-cv-01082, Broussard v. State Farm Fire and Casualty Co. et al.
