"Does not take time with patients. He rushes through appointments and does not have an adequate staff. The office staff is mostly incompetent and they do not return calls far too often. He no longer accepts Cigna insurance but this website shows that he does accept it."

"Dr. Tooley was highly recommended to me but I was warned about his incompetent office staff. Unfortunately his office staff has lived up to their bad reputation. Due to their incompetence, my medical treatment has been stalled. They cannot keep track of important paperwork! "
