The tough and reality-bruised Captain JJ Collins (Elsa Pataky) finds herself in charge of a lone nuclear missile interceptor base in the middle of the Pacific Ocean after she is wrongfully drummed out of her dream job at the Pentagon. When a simultaneous coordinated attack then threatens the base itself, Collins comes face-to-face with the charismatic yet crooked Alexander Kessel (Luke Bracey), a former US military intelligence officer intent on carrying out an unthinkable plan. With only minutes on the clock, Collins must utilize her years of tactical training and military expertise to determine who she can trust and stop Kessel and his covert mercenaries from completing their twisted and terrible mission.

“Interceptor” somehow manages to hold your attention. Lots of it has to do with Pataky who earns our sympathies. Not so much for the terrorist threat her character faces, but for the task she’s given of making a really sub-par script entertaining.

I don't think this film was intended to be a comedy, but you will certainly get a few laughs out of it. When you are not laughing you will be cringing at the ham acting, cliched dialogue, the inept, stereotypical 'terrorist' and apparent lack of any attention to continuity.

I started watching this movie with few expectations. But was I in for a heart-pounding surprise!!! Full of suspense and excitement from the start to the climactic end. Never a dull moment throughout! Story was good and kept me rooting for JJ all the way. For a low budget effort, this one truly kept me on the edge of my seat. Bravo!!! 👍👍👍

Anunciam como um equivalente ao Schwarzenegger, a melhor piada do filme inteiro, por que pelo menos tem graça. O filme inteiro é uma palhaçada, todos os personagens, tirando a protagonista Mary Sue, agem como NPC de um jogo do play2. A história do filme é terrivelmente preguiçosa, tão irrealista que não existe nenhuma licença poética que justifique. As cenas de luta são extremamente estúpidas, com uma pessoa de 70kl dominando um brutamontes de 200. Os diálogos são dignos de piada, são tão ruins que não há outra justificativa além de ser uma charge malfeita a grupos que tenho certeza que nem quem escreve sabe quais são. No demais, é um filme atroz cujo proposta tenha sido introduzir um ícone feminino semelhante aos grandes heróis dos filmes de ação do passado falhou miseravelmente e sem dúvida será esquecido em pouquíssimo tempo, mais um para a pilha de excremento que o movimento feminazi produziu.
