The space
Larch Haven Alpine Retreat is a special home for the discerning holidaymaker who respects and appreciates a quality, sacred, and secluded chalet just above the base of Conical Hill.

** As of 1 April 2024 AirBnB is required to add GST to the nightly rate, so the advertised night rate excludes GST of 15%. AirBnB identifies this as 'Occupancy taxes' on the night rate cost breakdown.**

Linen is included in the night rate and provided by our professional property manager. We value hygiene, as we're sure you also do, so the linen is commercially laundered to give you peace of mind. Linen sets are either queen or single, which matches the beds available. Whilst bath mats are provided, towels are not, again for hygiene reasons. You will need to advise at least 3 days prior to your stay if you wish to order more items in addition to what is included, as standard, for two adults.

* We provide warm wool duvets, along with spare blankets, down duvets, and plenty of pillows. We value cleanliness and hygiene so linen is included for two adult guests. We value hygiene, as we're sure you also do, so the linen is commercially laundered to give you peace of mind. Towels are not provided so are available to hire. Ordering and payment for any additional items, further to what is included in the standard night rate, is direct to our property manager. Your order is delivered to the house prior to check-in. • Early check-in and late checkout are available on an inquiry basis. Let us know your request and we'll endeavor to accommodate, noting there is likely to be a small additional fee.

Tenants are required to clean Larch Haven Alpine Retreat to the same standard it was at check-in. For clarity please note the AirB&B 'Service fee' appearing on your booking confirmation is a fee AirB&B charge for booking via their app service. This is not a house cleaning fee. We offer an optional full house cleaning service for $130.

We request that you place your order for additional items with our property manager at your earliest convenience and no less than 72 hours before your check-in day. Orders can be placed by either ringing or emailing our property manager soon after your booking is confirmed.

Please note the additional fees that can be charged should house rules be broken. The main switchboard is located in the cupboard under the stairs.
