Browser AutoComplete - Disabled
Internet Explorer has an option to store passwords for WebPages. This can cause major problems when attempting to logon to the Friends & Family Portal. This option should be turned off by following the directions contained within the below link.

If you see a "Security Alert" dialog box when you connect to the Portal, click here for instructions to add the necessary security certificate files to your browser.

Clear History & Cookies
Clearing History and Cookies will assist the user with any connection and logon problems. Occasionally, Internet Explorer will redirect users to wrong URLs.
