Guests can access the upper level of house, deck and partial basement. Guests are not allowed to use the bedrooms, washroom in the basement and back of the house.

* Any extra cleaning charges or violation of rules, charges would be deducted from damage deposit.

*No parties and events without approval of host! If extra guests and events held without permission, the security deposit will be non-refundable.

* Events with extra charges only

* No unregistered guests. Extra guest fee $20 per person. Please inform the host total count of people staying or visiting before booking.

*Be respectful to the neighborhood. Any complaints from neighbors about noise or nuisance after 10 pm will result in security deposit loss.

*50$ per hour for late check out without notice.
