My drivers can self-service a lot of their questions and concerns through the Motus App or website as well as relying on the Member Services team to answer their questions taking a lot of the support burden off the Admin team.

MOTUS offers employers an easy way to keep your vehicle depreciation and mileage reimbursements compliant as well as offering excellent customer service and apps to help your users get the most out of this program. Not only do they handle the program itself, but their account managers can even help you decide on the yearly mileage tiers and type of reimbursement levels you want to set for your organization. They performed so well on this program that we decided to expand our partnership with MOTUS to include (business) telephone reimbursements as well.

The only complaint that I have so far about MOTUS is that their vehicle platform is separate from their telephone reimbursement platform and we have to switch between the two each month to process reimbursements for our employees. I like how easy it is to track daily mileage and the direct deposit payouts. I keep my log in my card and just enter it by the end of the month. The software does not integrate with Google maps. While this is less of a dislike and more of a want, I would really like the ability to have google maps track my location and auto add it to Motus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For our drivers - it's simple, straighforward, and requires very little of their time. It's a great way for the company to provide a tax-free maximized reimbursment.

Not sure this is really a Motus dislike as much as it is an issue with some of the decisions made during my company's onboarding and lack of guideance. We didn't fully understand the long-term maintenance impacts of some of the business decisions made during go-live. A better understanding of best practices would have made things smoother. Most helpful part of using Motus is being able to set your work schedule up - and essentially set it and forget it. The application doest all the work of tracking your travel throughout the work week and the during the hours you designate. Making this the easiest and most efficent way to track your mileage. There are rare times that the app for whatever reason doesn't track your travel - could be that you have mulitple apps open at the same time - or something else. However, this is rare and a minor inconvenience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Utilizing Motus as a outside sales representative has taken one more task off of my plate and allows me to focus more on selling and customer management/engagement. Being able to go about my day without having to constantly track and monitor my mileage is a life saver. The ability to preset my work day driving hours and have Motus do the rest of the work for me is an incredible time saver. It is very easy to use, unlike other mileage tracking methods I've used in the past. I like how it will track my miles automatically via GPS and I can edit as needed if there's a mistake or I make a mistake. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The minimal amount we are paid in the variable when we are expected to drive a car that's not older than 3 years... yet the car payments for a newer car, especially in CA, are much higher than the variable payment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tracks quickly and very exact. It will record all stops. You can label those stops for future reference. It also provides a means to record mileage for the month. I can also see the amount of miles I traveled on business miles for the year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It will sometimes not record or lose the signal when in very remote areas. I have to go in each month to check that those trips were recorded.

I have had issues with contacting customer support with long lead times or no reply's.

doesn't auto populate addresses when searching for your destination.

The WORST thing about the app is that the tracking is all or nothing. It's either on all the time and quickly draining your battery or you have to turn it on, which takes multiple, multiple times of hitting the "start" button if in your settings it's turned on to "track while using the app." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only part difficult is that sometimes if you change address that you were living, the product does not keep statistics and deletes all of your old routes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's easy to navigate through submitting documents and mileage. I use motus every day so its ease is great! frequently Also, when I contacted about a question I had, the response time was very quick! Downside is that I don't see the amount receiving per mile changing as much as I would expect. Motus should add what that number is basedd. It changes what seems like maybe once a week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is super easy to use. I don't have to keep track of how many miles I drove in a day. I just hit the start button when I leave and the stop button when I arrive. Not much to critique; however, one challenge I experience is with GPS signal cutting out while tracking mileage. A notification that a trip "doesn't seem right" due to a lack of GPS signal during a portion of it would be helpful as I'm not always checking the exact mileage of a trip, especially long ones.
