Lately, we bring our grand children down to play on the playground located at Valley St and Oakland Rd. - Jungeun P1 contributionI bought a deal from Groupon and I went to this spa for an appointment, yet nobody was there and it was closed. I found that there was another lady waiting for her appointment. The waiting room was shared with different offices and I heard from the next door that this happens quite often.
I waited there for another half an hour, but still, nobody showed up and I was very upset. So, I called this spa later that afternoon. The owner answered the phone, but didn't apologize for what happened, worse, she just told me to get a refund.
Surprisingly enough, that is not the end of the story.
After I found out that I cannot get a refund, I called the spa again to ask if there is any way that I can get a refund or use my coupon. But, she just yelled at me and hung up the phone!
I NEVER had this experience before!!!!!!!!!!! I mean, nobody was this rude in my life. I still cannot believe what happened.
