The space
Please don't venture anywhere out of the section.

This means: you can drive ONLY from the gate to the cottage, no where else within the farm.
The cottage is on a working farm so will be noise occasionally (tractors, motorbikes, etc).
Walking around the farm is permitted but very limited and with previous approval.

This is a working Deer farm where there are hazards and dangers for yourselves and for the animals.

There are reserves and places outside the farm where you can admire Nature .

Other things to note
To get into the Farm, I need to meet you at the electric gate to take you to the cottage where you will be staying.
We will need to arrange a time of your arrival for this purpose.
After this, you will be given a remote control to open the gate so you can come and go at your wish.
