Do you have access to anyone with a Hoover's Directory? I am not sure that they list CEO's of privately held companies, but most publicly held companies have all their executives listed there.

I believe that the CEO of Travelocity is a very young woman named Michelle Peluso. In a business publication she claimed to answer all emails she received. You might try to email her at michelle.peluso@travelocity.com. I am assuming that she lives in TX. In the general area of Southlake there is a residential phone number available for only one person named Peluso, and you can get that number online or from directory assistance.

The Global Headquarters for Travelocity is located at 3150 Sabre Dr., Southlake TX 76092. I did not find a phone number for them in Southlake, but perhaps a call to the Chamber of Commerce or the Better Business Bureau in Southlake would produce a TX phone number. You could send an overnight letter to that address.

You could also try to contact Judy Haveson at judy@vollmerpr.com or call her at 212-554-7425. I do nor know what she does or even if she is still with Travelocity, but if she is she might be able to locate someone to address you problems who lives in the US and speaks English.

The last time I actually talked to an English speaking person I called a number in San Francisco. That number was 415-932-1200. I do not know if it still connects to Travelocity as I last used it about 18 months ago.

I would not waste any time with customer services. They are all located in India and have neither the training or knowledge, let alone the authority to resolve any problem. If you have lots of time to spend you can accept the connection to India and then ask to speak with someone in the US. You might have to wait a long time, but usually they will eventually connect you to someone.

I may be able to find a Hoover's Directory tomorrow and if I can I will post names and phone numbers for Travelocity executives.

This is a very scary company, and I am constantly amazed that anyone does business with them.
