Your star performers will stage a Musical Theatre Performance and perform to their parents at the end of their experience before celebrating with your child’s party tea. 

Venue

All of our Parties are held at Redroofs School for the Performing Arts, 26 Bath Road, Maidenhead, SL6 4JT. Please enquire if you would like us to host a Party at another venue (additional charges may apply). 

How much do Redroofs Musical Theatre Parties cost?

Our magical party packages start at £385.00. This includes:

Exclusive use of 2 state of the art, mirrored studios for your party

45 Minute Musical Theatre Experience with our Redroofs Professional Teaching Team

End of session Performance for parents and friends

Costumes for all the children attending the Birthday Party

Simply Stunning Party Tea Room Decoration in your chosen theme - this will include plates, cups, napkins for each child which will be beautifully laid on the party table when you arrive. We will also supply table cloths, chair covers and bows, helium balloons and sparkles.

A Party Host for the duration of your party!

We will run your Party Games and will supply party prizes

How long does the Party last?
Your party will run for 1 and a half hours.

The Musical Theatre Experience will run at the beginning of the party in Studio 1. This is followed by the Performance before the party food in Studio 2. The party will start and finish at your allocated time slot.

Do you provide costumes?

Yes! Our Magical Dressing Up Box offers accessories and props for your star
performers to borrow for the performance! These must be returned to the Box before tea.

How many children can attend my Child's Musical Theatre Party?
By booking a Redroofs Party, you have paid for up to 15 children to take part in the Musical Theatre Experience. For more than 15 children, there is an additional cost of £12.50 per child. We can cater for up to 25 children. We regret we are unable to include children who are not booked onto the Musical Theatre Experience ie younger siblings etc although they may join in with the party tea and watch the performance.

What do you need to supply?

You will need to supply all the party food, drink, birthday cake, candles, matches, and rubbish bags. We will do the rest!

Yes, we can provide beautiful Party Bags for the children at the cost of £5.95-£9.95 per Party Bag. Please see Parties Extras for more information.

How long do I have to set up the birthday tea before the party starts?

You may set up 25 minutes before your party start time.

Can Parents watch the Musical Theatre Session?

We recommend that only 1 or 2 adults are present in Studio 1 during the Musical Theatre Rehearsal as too many adults can distract the children. Other parents may of course wait in Studio 2. All parents are invited in to watch and applaud their children in the grand performance before their party tea!

Redroofs Staff provide the Musical Theatre Experience at the party. The parent organising the party is responsible for the wellbeing and behaviour of all children attending the party.

Is there parking?

Yes, we have free parking for several cars on our forecourt.

Cancellation Policy

If you are forced to cancel your party we will be happy to reschedule a future Sunday (subject to availability). 

We regret we are unable to refund under any circumstances.
