Certification and re-certification training for independent providers and direct support professionals are available in DODD MyLearning.

The initial courses are for direct support workers who are applying for certification for the first-time. Direct support workers who are already certified should take the annual training courses. 

The courses are available by role: 

• direct support professionals (DSPs who are employed at an agency or at a licensed residential facility, also known as an LRF), 
• and independent providers.
