Galaxy Corporation's director discussed G-Dragon's drug case and his future plans for 2024, at the recently held press conference. The K-pop idol was not present at the event. The director emphasised that G-Dragon had no involvement in the recent drug scandal, and the police found him not guilty. He urged that G-Dragon, also known as Kwon Ji-yong, should not be associated with the drug scandal.

G-Dragon recently left YG Entertainment, known for signing popular artists like BLACKPINK, TREASURE, WINNER, and BABYMONSTER. Galaxy Corporation is preparing for G-Dragon's comeback in 2024 and expressed gratitude towards YG Entertainment for their support. The agency plans to continue supporting G-Dragon's career in the industry. The singer is also expected to make a comeback in 2024 under his new label and has shared an update about his new collaboration on Instagram.

G-DRAGON LEAVES YG ENTERTAINMENT

BIGBANG's G-Dragon has left his agency, YG Entertainment, following his acquittal of drug-related charges, as confirmed by a report from a K-media outlet. The singer-songwriter was earlier interrogated regarding possession of drugs.

G-Dragon's contract with YG Entertainment had expired in June this year. Despite the expiration of the exclusive contract, YG Entertainment continued to collaborate with G-Dragon for activities such as advertisements. Recently, G-Dragon had voluntarily participated in a police investigation over alleged drug use, maintaining his innocence throughout the process.
