Wonderfully designed room and facilities. I personally preferred the cheaper City view. My only regret was the lack of a supper menu for in-room dining after 1030pm. I would like to commend the team for their efficiency in the delivery of orders.
It's my best staycation ever. Relaxing and comfortable stay. Room is very big and nice. Friendly staff. Walking distance to Bugis Junction and MRT. Peaceful and quiet environment. Definitely recommend.
Rooms are clean and comfortable. Service is efficient. There are several counters for check in so it was quick and efficient. Due to the size and layout of the hotel, however, facilities are more limited compared to other hotels. But it is a good place for a relaxing quick getaway and if you like to be left alone without a lot of staff hovering about.
Staff that serve us to check in the hotel is very friendly. And the view from the hotel is amazing. Mange to navigate the hotel app easily. We thought that there is bathtub in the room. But overall experience is excellent. Great job andez . We will be back for more
Had a wonderful experience at the Andaz. Went for the 36-hour package which gave us sufficient time to enjoy the hotel as well as its surrounds. Warm, friendly staff, check in was a breeze. Gym was well equipped and clean. And we also had a great meal at 5 on 25. Will definitely want to return!
The hotel room is spacious and staffs is pleasant and accommodating. The room is equipped with drinks and snack and is complimentary per stay . Besides that guest also can obtained take away drink from the lobby at times during their stay
