  • Enrique once borrowed $1,800 from his nanny to record a demo cassette tape consisting of a Spanish and two English songs. To promote these songs, he later contacted his father’s former publicist, Fernán Martínez, and presented himself as Enrique Martínez from Guatemala, North America.
