Animax Is Now Available on Tata Play Binge

Here is how to access it.

Animax Is Now Available on Tata Play Binge - Anime and Manga

Animax is now available on the Tata Play Binge subscription service.

You don't need a DTH connection for this service, and it brings together various OTT platforms like Disney+ Hotstar, Lionsgate Play, Apple TV+, ZEE5, and others in one plan. Similarly, Animax is included in Tata Play Binge’s subscription, and can be streamed on smartphones, smart TVs, browsers, and the Tata Play edition of the Amazon Fire TV Stick.

Anime titles such as Fruits Basket, Rent-a-Girlfriend, Orient, Black Clover, Naruto, Kuroko's Basketball, Yashahime: Half Demon Princess, Black Clover, Naruto, Haikyu!!, and Y School Heroes, among others, can be streamed through Tata Play Binge.

Animax is accessible through both the Mega and the more affordable Super plans of Tata Play Binge, priced at ₹399 and ₹299, respectively.

This is another strategic move for Animax in India, following its reintroduction on JioTV in January 2023. In May, Animax also joined Prime Video Channels, alongside its sister channel Gem, both under KC Global Media ownership. Tata Play Binge is now the third platform offering access to Animax titles. However, the live TV feed of Animax Asia remains exclusive to JioTV.

In an interview with IGN India, Andy Kaplan, the co-founder and chairman of KC Global Media, expressed the long-term vision for the company. He stated that “the long-term plan for KC Global Media is to build on the growing anime community by fostering a space through Animax where fans can come together to celebrate their love for anime.”
