I have been using this app now for years, It has saved me on countless purchases across multiple sites.

what it does.
It searches the web for any codes that are availble for the website you are buying from, saving you time and effort of having to search maybe for yourself.

It works with PayPal and to give you money back on items you purchase.

Honey used to be great

Honey used to be great - I would waste a lot of time while honey checks codes and earn gold I could redeem for paypal coupons - now I have amassed a lot of honey gold BUT I CAN'T SPEND IT because Honey no longer offers Paypal coupons in Australia as a way to redeem it - it's pointless for me as I don't live where I can use anything else (rural, remote). I can get an Amazon Australia coupon - but I don't use Amazon because they only accept credit cards and not Paypal. I feel like I've been shafted. Makes no sense at all to me as Honey is owned by Paypal. It's probably good for people who are prepared to share their banking details online - but I am not.

Horrible Customer Service Experience with Honey Rewards

I am deeply frustrated with Honey Rewards' customer service. They offer only two contact methods: email and live chat. Unfortunately, neither is effective. Emails go unanswered, and their live chat seems to blacklist certain users. Initially, live chat agents are friendly, but after requesting my email, they go silent and disconnect. This leaves users without any way to resolve issues.

Numerous reviews on Trustpilot reveal a similar pattern. Many users face the same cold-shoulder treatment. Comments on Honey’s Instagram posts also highlight this issue, with users pleading for help and being ignored. It’s clear that Honey’s customer service is systematically neglectful.

I urge Honey to review and overhaul their customer service policies. Ignoring users who need assistance is damaging to their reputation and trust. This blacklist system and lack of responses must stop. Honey Rewards must take responsibility and treat their users with the respect and support they deserve.

Honey and PayPal are Thieves

They have a reward system called "Honey Coins" and claim that after you have 730 coins, you can redeem a $10 gift card. However, what they actually do is gradually raise the minimum amount to withdraw every day, and you will never catch up since they will hold your new coins as pending until the minimum is raised above your current balance. PayPal owns this company and is notorious for similar scams, such as their collaboration with Depop.

Service has gone down, use to be good. save you some money and get free card from point. not saved anything from honey all year. keeps telling me i have the best price lol. and the points take so long to go throw il still waiting on point from March

fraudulent company

fraudulent company . i am currently in the process of filing legal action as they are refusing to give me my credits which i obtained from my holiday. I would of used a alternative company if only i had read the reviews about them first.

Mailer threatening to cancel all points

Sent mailer threatening to cancel all points if you don't link to PayPal account, go find three 'qualifying' purchases and make a big enough new purchase.
I don't appreciate being told to jump through hoops and I've collected so little points, they can keep them - where the sun doesn't shine.
Quido works though.

Using Honey is horrid and bothersome

Using Honey is horrid! I have been speaking with CS multiple times. Honey is, heavy for some websites and crashing your browser. Slow, not detecting the purchases and not adding the points to your account. You have to contact CS after every purchase. Sometimes they cannot add the points, because you contacted them too late. Other times, they are telling you have contacted them too early and have to wait X amount of time to pass. Points stay "Pending" for decades. People don't have time for that. They need something fast, easy to use and working.

Absolute rubbish

Absolute rubbish. My items look NOTHING like the picture. The 'sequins' are a printed icon, and it's not even in the middle or straight. It looks awful. I didn't even open the second package. I asked for a return, let's see of they ever reply.
What a fraudulent scam. This should not be allowed!

I'm very pleased with Honey...

I'm very pleased with Honey, finding discount codes for many online purchases over the last couple of years.
I recently redeemed Honey points for a £20 Amazon voucher, but the email with voucher did not arrive. Sent a message to Honey and got a fast polite response with the voucher attached, so absolutely no problems..
I love saving money!!

don't bother !

Used to be ok but last time i tried to redeem a £10 voucher forAmazon it was NOT ok!! After goodness knows how many e mails I still have not received my voucher - they say that they cannot find my request for redemption even though I have sent them details from my account - in fact the can't find my account. Customer service gone to pot - don't join you will just get frustrated

Cash back didn't go thru at first but they fixed it.

I was offered 8% back in rewards if I activated the reward and made a purchase at the HP computer store which I did. Now NO reward, I've contacted Honey twice and both times they said they would get back to me but I've heard nothing. I was offered 12.5% back the next day from Capitalone Shopping for the same purchase but I had already made the purchase through Honey.

Update:
I was just contacted by Honey and they resolved the issue and gave me 12.5% cash back reward, same as Cap one shopping. Thank you Honey, changing your rating to 5 stars

My experience was what I made it, not them. People, please, you have got to stop acting like ignorance=victims rights! Every app, game, service, etc. has a terms and conditions page; NOBODY READS IT. I'm going to help you out this one time ok?
There are 3 options:
1. Arbitration (i don't recommend this) send a letter requesting arbitration to force them to comply. It's "In-house" so it would be their people handling it on your behalf, yeah. 963 E 4th St

2. Sue them in your local Small Claims Court yourself! Does anyone remember we are American, we can sue anyone for anything, der.

Their clothing is expensive and cheaply…

Their clothing is expensive and cheaply made. I bought a black sequin dress for almost $200 and the sparkles shed EVERYWHERE. And the material is polyester. Why is anyone paying $200 for a polyester dress that sheds?? I wish I noticed sooner. And the accessories, $60 for a fake leather belt? Price gouging at its best and no sustainable quality, dress is ruined and ripped after 1 wear. Disappointing and will never shop here again. The only saving grace is the kind and helpful people working in the store.

Finding deals is a breeze!

I have been using Honey for about two months. A good friend recommended me the app because she found it was very useful. I'm so glad I listened to her! Now I get notifications when a product I'm interested in is offered at a lower price and get price comparison between sellers that have that same item. Also, I get access to all the coupons available for each store and Honey even try them for me and apply the best one to my purchase. Another thing I love is that I am getting cash back money for most of the online purchases I make while using Paypal, which is the only app I use for my transactions. I can even use Honey both on my laptop and phone! I am definitively a happy customer.

'Honey' helps make life sweeter :)

The codes are not always valid- but when they work- they work!! I just saved $13 for clicking 'Honey' to apply the discount codes. Nice. Highly recommend the few moments wait to apply the codes- nice surprise to receive a discount. :)
