He's played for England. He's played for Manchester United. But for Jack Butland, Rangers tops the lot.

After lifting his first club trophy on Sunday afternoon, the goalkeeper was incredibly positive about his time at Ibrox since joining in the summer.

"It means a hell of a lot," he told BBC Scotland." This is my first club trophy I've won when I've been on the pitch. I had a tear in my eye at the end. It's been a long time coming.

"The time I've spent here has been nothing short of incredible. We had a difficult start but the last few weeks and months, what the boys have done has been incredible and amazing to be part of.

"It's an immense football club that's beyond anything I've seen before. I'm blown away by the whole experience and we have a trophy to show for it.

"I'm enjoying it. That expectation is great because you're not trying to achieve something where it hasn't been done before.

"It's enjoyable stepping into those shoes, trying to do what they've done, live what they've lived. Today is part of that.

"I'm glad I'm on the right path but hopefully more success to come. We'll enjoy tonight. We'll get our heads back on tomorrow."
