Customers who download the Screwfix app (“App”), enable the exclusive app offer toggle and place an order through the App (max 1 order per customer per day, with no minimum spend) between 3rd June 2024 – 30th June 2024 will automatically receive a digital in-app scratch card for a 1 in 3 chance to win a prize. Screwfix and B&Q employees, their immediate families and anyone professionally associated with this promotion are excluded. Log into the Screwfix app, head to the ‘notifications & preference centre’ and turn on your ‘exclusive app offers’ toggle. Once you place an order through the app between 3rd June – 30th June 2024 (max 1 order per day, with no minimum spend), you will receive a digital scratch card for a 1 in 3 chance to win a prize!  

Once you’ve placed an order your scratch card will automatically show when you next visit the app, this may take up to 90 minutes. It will also be stored within your ‘exclusive offers & messages’ centre. Turn on your push notifications to be alerted when it arrives.  

When you receive your digital scratch card in the app, move your finger across the scratch card surface to see if you’ve won a prize.   

If you’re a lucky winner your prize details will land in your ‘exclusive offers & messages’ centre, this may take a few minutes to arrive.

Yes, the ‘exclusive app offers’ permissions toggle in the app needs to be turned on for you to receive a scratch card once you’ve placed an app order. Customers without the permissions turned on will not be eligible to receive digital scratch cards. You can change your preferences and manage your permissions at any time. 

Yes, this is an app exclusive campaign only. To receive a digital scratch card, you must place an order on the Screwfix app. There are no physical scratch cards available.
