Booked through local agent for a birthday dinner buffet at this cafe. Due to government policy, I am not surprised they split the customers into two sessions: Round1: 18:00 - 19:45 p.m. / Round2: 20:15 - 22:00 p.m. Frankly speaking, 1 hr 45 min is...not really good enough to enjoy a dinner, giving that every session needs to queue up for a while and my husband and I need to take turns to go out. We were also reminded twice about this session will end in 30 min and 5 min. This reminds me not to book any buffets any longer until they allow one session per day. They've called 2 times for confirmation (one in Jun after booking, one on the day before booking) which I am appreciated, however when we arrived and sat down, someone came over and asked us if we were residents in the hotel, else pls show the booking confirmation number. I really wonder why they don't ask me this during the call or when we showed up at reception. My hands were busy with the lobsters and crab legs at that moment, so it's a bit embarrassing to me. Sounds like we just bump in and eat without paying. Moreover we were arranged to sit next to trash session, how on earth customers like to sit at this location?! Despite the above, we both agreed that the food quality and fresh and good. Staff is helpful and clean up is fast. Sashimi is very fresh and variety. It is saying Japanese and Korean theme, just I don't find anything Korean though. Overall, I will not come back again or stay here giving this not so pleasant experience even at the buffet 1.5 hr time, not to say I have stay here overnight.More

The Breakfast is just too good here here! Lovely view of the harbor and a very friendly set of staff. Buffet spread is very large and has almost everything on offer.

I love eating at this cafe for dinner because there's an outstanding selection of food available when choosing the buffet style menu. I will say there's not much of an outside view but when you are hungry and looking for a great selection of food...give Harbour Grand Cafe a go.More

This is a food lovers delight. Every type of food from around the world was available with complementary cold water. The sweets and ice cream ended the meal perfectly. Great value

This one was surprising good. For a dinner that costs a few hundred Hong Kong dollars, many people will think it's expensive. However, if you know what are served and how nice they're made, you would think it's actually a bargain. A glass of red...or white wine was included, then in the buffet, these were what I got: Big Boston lobsters, Alaskan king crab legs, tiger prawns, fresh oysters, scallops with goose liver, seafood fried rice, marine seafood soup, Chinese herbal soup, prime ribs, and many other varieties of seafood. There's a big sushi bar and was again all you-can-eat with expensive items such as uni (sea urchin), red tuna, etc. For the dessert, there're lots of varieties as well including the red bean soup, watery tofu, Yeung Ji Gam Lou (grapefruit punch), mango pudding, and lots of cupcakes. The real bargain is that you go between Mon to Thurs when a discount is applied, and that you can eat everything for 4 hours!More

Staff in Harbour Grand Cafe are well trained to serve buffet breakfast. Food choice is not much but quality of food is good and enough.

It offered very wonderful seafood, including Oysters, Japanese food, congee, fresh vegetables and fruits, lots of deserts. It was a wonderful place for buffet. But there are so many people.

A selection of delights that you'll regret by enjoying too much. As with all buffets, the variety is overwhelming.
