Central high school is the best school in Jefferson county hands down! From the diversity, to the pep rally’s. We have over 5 different magnets ranging from pre-nursing, to law and government!
My overall experience over my 4 years of being at Central High School is a one of a kind, memorable experience. Central is a very diverse school who acknowledges all cultures by making everyone feel welcomed with incentives dedicated to them such as Black history month assembly, Hispanic heritage month assembly and etc. My school is a very spirited and everybody takes part in school activities. The support from the staff and students is very great.
I am a student that loved to attend Central High School, not until the Administration changed, I felt different about school. Sometimes I feel like I am in jail. I believe that we should be treated with respect as if we attended schools out in the Eastend. High school is a place that we should love to come and interact with peers. Sometimes the teachers are so rude they make it seem as if they hate their job. The best part about going to school is playing football and playing in band. I have made a lot of memories in this school that will last for a life time.
