This was one of my favorite reads as a kid bought through the Scholastic Book Club at school. Great spy novel for young readers.

An exciting novel about a teenager whose father is a British spy. Set in Scotland, full of narrow and clever escapes. Surely inspired in part by The 39 Steps. Literate and witty dialogue.

Because of the scenery, it would make a terrific movie if they could do justice to the book.

This book is amazing! Just the right combination of adventure and reality. The characterizations are superb.
