Eric Mabius is perhaps best known for his lead role in the Golden Globe, Emmy and SAG Award-winning series “Ugly Betty.” He was most recently seen in the critically acclaimed film Inside Game portraying Tim Donaghy, the real-life NBA referee who was caught in the middle of the industry-shaking betting scandal, opposite Scott Wolf and Will Sasso. Mabius’ film debut was in the Sundance Grand Prize-winning film Welcome to the Dollhouse and became even more widely known for his roles in the box office smash hits Cruel Intentions and Resident Evil. He also starred in several other Sundance favorites, including Price Check and Black Circle Boys.
In addition to his starring role in “Ugly Betty,” Mabius has appeared as series regular in “The L Word,” “Eyes” and “Outcasts,” recurred on “Chicago Fire,” “Scandal” and “The O.C.” and appeared in countless others series including Blue Bloods, The Client List, Franklin & Bash and the political mini-series “Political Animals.” Besides appearing as Oliver O’Toole in the “Signed, Sealed Delivered” franchise over the past eight years, Mabius continues to produce, develop and star in numerous romantic comedies and Christmas movies for the network.
