Mortimer Hall, whose late mother, Dorothy Schiff, was owner and publisher of the New York Post, has died. He was 87.
Funeral services for Hall, who died Friday of a heart attack, will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at Grace Church on Franklin Avenue in Millbrook, NY.
Schiff owned The Post from 1939 to 1976. Hall worked for the newspaper in several capacities, including as treasurer.
He is survived by his widow, six children, three grandchildren and two sisters.
