      I am writing to express my concern regarding the difficulties I've encountered while attempting to reach a live agent through your customer service phone number. Despite numerous attempts over the past hour, the automated system has repeatedly looped me without resolution, ultimately leading to disconnection. This experience has been quite frustrating, especially when seeking urgent assistance with issues on your website, which I find to be dysfunctional at the moment.I understand that high call volumes can lead to longer wait times, but the lack of an option to queue for a live representative is disappointing.

      Terrible experience to get lien release. Sent letter that all was paid off and nothing more to do and that lien release was in process. Then four months later still no lien release. When called they said there was $50 still owed but they had already sent a $105 overpayment check back to us. There was nothing showed online or in a letter. Now we are losing a settlement because of them telling us the letter was sent by the computer and should not have been sent. No one took responsibility for the lack of work done by Rushmore. I even had ******* tell me that she was the only one in the whole company that does her job but she didnt do it either. Only ***** was helpful. Never Never Never use them at all. Any if your bank refers your account to them refinance right away to get away from this company. This has been terrible for this customer. There words of action mean nothing.We paid off February, received the payoff letter February 7 - which said lien release was in progress, received the overpayment check on February 24th and then nothing. Today is May 6.

      NEGATIVE STARS..There is no way for me to explain fully the h*** this company has put me through for the last year. Most recently, I refinanced with a new lender because Rushmore servicing was so incredibly incompetent in every area. The title company sent the wire for payoff after the closing, which they accepted. Now, 2 weeks later, they are calling both myself and the title company saying the funds were short and I owe them more money. The title company sent 4 days per diem interest as a cushion. I should be getting money back. They have not applied any of the $212,000 to payoff my loan and are telling me they are still charging me interest. I refuse to give this predatory lender another dime and have contacted a lawyer. Run, dont walk, as fast as you can away from this shady company or any if its affiliates.

      I have been calling these people every month for 6 months I have not had a statement sent to my address in 6 months I call every month they are sure me I'm going to get one and I can't get in touch with anybody again today I'm and then they going to tell me my payment today I'm sick of these b******

      This is the 3rd occasion that I made my payment and it was reversed the same day unbeknowst to me. There was plenty of money in my account to cover the payment. I have the receipt from the computer showing i made the payments, then suddenly reversed?? My bank doesn't show them ever attempting to process the payment. It shows my payment passed due now??? so they are making the $150 late fee plus extra interest. I have contacted them and have not heard back yet.

      I want to talk to a human, but the phone just has automated answers. I tried to go online and when I forgot my password, you can chose to have code sent to email or mobile phone. But the code never comes through. Very bad customer service.

      BOTTOM FEEDERS My loan originated in 2007. In 2008 Citifinancial was one of the banks that went under when the government bailed out many others. There is no transparency with who my current mortgagor is and the erroneous information I've been given guarantees I cannot communicate with that party. The loan was for the purpose of paying off an existing mortgage. When I attempted to borrow to payoff the loan being serviced by Rushmore, I learned public record shows me with 2 mortgages because my mortgagor failed to record the satisfaction of mortgage for the mortgage I paid off in 2007 with the current mortgage. Something needs to be done by the government to investigate this company and its auxillary alias company names. SOMETHING IS REALLY WRONG WITH THIS FINANCIAL SERVICE.

      I paid off house loan balance and waited 4 weeks to obtain escrow balance. They sent me check that was $453 less than the escrow balance. Upon contacting customer relations by mail, they sent me check for $122 without any explanation to account for the balance. They still owe me $331. I am unable to talk to customer service as the automated limited options doesnt connect to customer service.
