I usually type 'watch name_of_malayala_movie online' into google and click on the first result. In any case the search feature of most of these sites is crap and doesn't work well with malayalam words. So google is better

Some titles can be found on youtube, for others you would have to download via torrent.
Hotstar and SunNXT together account for most of the new movies. Youtube has tons of old ones.
