Very little signage makes this place tricky to locate. Parking was limited and full, so we had to park up the street a couple blocks. Outdoor seating area was great, we scored a table on the porch. Excellent homemade pizza. Limited seating and parking, but there is adequate on street parking available. The restaurant has a nice selection of salads, appetizers and beer and wine. They are also know for their takeout service, which can and should be ordered before hand.
We ordered the fried mozzarella appetizer that was absolutely delicious. We then ordered 2 pizzas both of which we really enjoyed. One was the sausage and caramelized onions and the other a custom pie with ham and bacon, garlic oil and fresh mozzarella. Both were...cooked perfectly. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be going back.More
Impersonal greeting when we arrived. Slow, impersonal, inattentive service. Wholly lackluster food with the pizza served cold and soggy with skimpy, substandard toppings. The BLT and fried goat cheese salads were decent. There has been a definite decline over the past several years. I’m done...giving them chances for improvement. You can do better. Hell, a Little Caesars Hot-N-Ready is at least fair value for money (and actually tastier and served warmer).More
We grabbed this after being in the national park all day and not wanting to go sit somewhere. It was surprisingly good. We tried steak and white cheddar, ham and pineapple, and the bacon cheddar pizzas. All were good and the crust was delicious
Absolutely marvelous pizzas. Novel & high-quality ingredients. Consistently perfect dough & baking. Suggestion: get several small pizzas, so you can try more combinations. Salads & desserts (flourless chocolate cake!!) are top notch.
Enjoyed our visit! First time. Parking was a little difficult, but that was the only drawback. Wife had a Fig Jam Flatbread and I had a Streak & Cheese. The jalapeños made this amazing. Great service in a unique house turned restaurant location. Will definitely...make another visit on our next trip to Charleston.More
lola's definitely lives up to the hype!...what a fantastic, quaint pizza joint!...mom and I were in charleston for the day and had a couple hours to kill so we picked lola's for lunch...it was a tough decision, any of the pizzas and salads would have...been delish, but we went w/the special of the day~ nailed it!...pizza was perfect!...wait staff seemed genuinely happy to be there, restaurant was clean and cozy and both of us ate for $16.00 w/ a couple slices for later...highly recommend lola's and look forward to trying something new the next time, then the next time, etc...More
Consistently excellent food! The pizzas are always hot and fresh and the salads are amazing! The goat cheese salad is my favorite! Great local beers available too.

Nice serving people in a beautiful Charleston area. Pizza is good even if it's not like the Italian one. Recommended.
I'm glad we visited Lola's, but my impressions are mixed. The Sangria was wonderful. TheGoat Cheese Salad was also wonderful. Their sauted goat cheese was especially yummy. The salad was fresh and plentiful. The home made balsamic dressing was a nice surprise - very flavorful...but not as bitter as some. Delicious. The pizza however was a bit of disappointment. We got one with artichoke and tomato and asked to have some shrimp thrown on. The crust was thin and ok - the toppings were mediocre at best. The shrimp they added were extremely minimal - I ate a third of the small pizza and got 2 - and they were totally lacking in flavor. It wasn't bad, but it was nothing to rave abut, especially after having the sangria and salad which had raised my expectations! I would gladly go again but would think twice about which pizza to order.More
One of the best pizza places around. Menu options are fantastic and salads are out of this wold. Great wine and beer selections. Super friendly staff. Cozy atmosphere. Love this place! ❤️
Had a delightful lunch last week there. Split a Mediterranean salad and a large pizza with my guest - we each got to choose the topping for our half. A charming spot, with creative selections and a wide selection. Very flexible. I always enjoy Lola's...on my visits to Charleston - with fun shops to browse afterwards.More
Love this place. Atmosphere and food are amazing. Even my 7-year old prefers Lola's pizza over any of the chains. The flavor combinations are great and the salads are to die for
