you can install easy anti cheat by browsing the local files at chiv. There is an easy anti cheat folder there. Simply fill out the application in the orderer.

If that doesn't work (like it did for me) you can also use the easy anti cheat folder from another game, for me it was hell let loose. Simply copy the folder and rename it to e.g. easy anti chat 2 and then run the application in the folder. good luck, hope you understand.
