Payment Method
💳 I accept Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover,PayPal and payments made directly through Etsy. Now accepting VENMO.
🏡 Please make sure your address matches the one Etsy provides. You as the buyer are responsible for providing the correct address so that your order is not delayed or undeliverable. If your order comes back to me as undeliverable I will cancel the order and refund you for the cost of the item minus the shipping fee. Lost or stolen orders will not be refunded.
When will my item ship?📦
📦Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours .
🔜 Due to unforeseen circumstances some orders may be delayed more than 48 hours. If this is the case, please read the Shop Announcement on the Shops home page for details.
💌 Priority shipping and overnight shipping is an option at checkout.
✈️ I don’t ship NEXT DAY AIR due to high

📪 Orders are usually delivered within 3-4

😞 if your package is lost in the mail you will need to open a case with my shop so that you can be refunded. You will need to place another order if you still want the original items. I do not replace lost items in the mail.

💦All of my Acrylic and Plastic buttons are very durable and machine washable.
Appearance of my items
📷I take photos of all my items in the outdoor natural light, so that the true color can be shown to you.
🖥 Each computer monitor is different, so just be aware of that. I try to represent the true colors of each item. Any questions, please ask.
Returns
😉 I gladly accept returns, with a few exceptions
No returns on CLOSEOUT Items
📅 Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.
📦 It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for return shipping. There will be a 10% restock fee
✅ All returns must not be damaged and in the same condition that it was when shipped.
💳 Once I receive the return, I will refund your payment minus the shipping fee and restocking fee of 10%
📉 If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Lost Package
If your local post office delivers your item to the wrong address, you will need to contact them and see where it was delivered. They are in charge of correctly delivering your package. I do not send out replacements due to incorrect deliveries.
When a package is lost you have to open a case with my shop so that you can be refunded. I cannot replace an item that has the potential of eventually being delivered. Most of the time if a package is stuck somewhere it will eventually be delivered.
