Leonard Goldberg Obituary

I need to correct a typo made when I entered my condolences 3 years ago. I should have read it over before submitting. What came through was a movie reference that printed “sad pace Camp” and was intended to be Space Camp, a movie I continue to enjoy.

I am a retired studio singer and was always a huge fan of Mr. Goldberg’s work. To this day I repeatedly watch the movie sad pace Camp which I loved years ago and still enjoy. Rest In Peace, Mr.Goldberg and thank you for sharing your gifts. Diana Ler

Len was my first boss in TV at NBC research in 1959. He always had a flair for programming even in those early days. He helped shape my 40 yrs in TV and advertising. RIP my friend and mentor.

My condolences to Mr. Goldberg's family at this sad time. I'd also like to thank him for creating so many terrific programs that I started watching in the early 70's. All of his shows and movies have quality content that most shows no longer have. May he rest in peace.

My sincere condolences to the family. I grew up in the 70s and I enjoyed watching Charlies Angels, Starsky and Hutch and Fantasy Island. I love watching Blue Bloods (my favorite). May Mr. Goldbergs legacy provide comfort and peace, as well as the wonderful memories that you have. May God continue to provide comfort, endurance and love, to your family today, tomorrow and always.

RIP we used to work together many years ago at NBC. I remember as a secretary taking notes, dictation, from him re his ideas on why a program should be slotted into a certain time period.i was only 22 at the time and he was 26 but I knew then he was headed for great things.
