Extremely disappointed with our experience at Germain VW
Extremely disappointed with our experience at Germain VW in Columbus. We traveled all the way from Cincinnati after thorough discussions and even a FaceTime inspection on a Used Atlas with Jacob. Once we arrived we found hail damage on the car, which was never disclosed. The GM Adam & Sales Manager Derek refused to fairly negotiate or even acknowledge their mistake. They stated “they would rather whole sale the vehicle and get their money back then to reduce the price or repair the damage.” Their poor customer service and lack of compassion is something we’ve never experienced for. We left feeling misled and frustrated that they wasted our time.

I recently moved to Ohio and took my Passat to Nick for a service. He reviewed all my records and set up the appropriate service. It was a big one so I was there most of the day. He was very helpful, thorough and kept me informed including something that came up and needed to be replaced. Germain and VW are lucky to have him and I will certainly use him for all my future service needs.

Our salesman was very friendly and informative.
Our salesman was very friendly and informative. Had to wait 2 hours to speak to finance guy which is why rating isn't higher. But the people were all helpful and knowledgable.

I currently drive past 2 other VW dealerships to come here. Extremely clean, very friendly staff. Nicholas in service was very open about what was going on with my car, giving me recommendations but never pushing. Nick in Sales remembered my name even though I wasn’t his client! He even started chatting with me about the Mk8 golf R knowing I had the previous gen. Couldn’t recommend highly enough
