Gorgeous re-purposed building in a convenient location in downtown Cleveland. Excellent service...staff is very helpful and accommodating. Love the free hot breakfast and the 5:30 Kickback (aka Happy Hour) with light snacks. Rooms are spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure and was very spacious. Valet parking was reasonably priced and staff was very friendly. Very impressed with this chain!! Highly recommend.

We stayed at Drury hotels before and have always had a good experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Walking distance from the Hall of Fame and downtown Cleveland. The happy hour with wine/mixed drinks and food is a nice touch. If you like what they serve you don't have to our anywhere out for dinner - that is a nice savings!

Stayed for four nights and really enjoyed this hotel. Very clean, staff are helpful and friendly, always willing to answer questions. Breakfast is ample with a nice variety and staff on hand to keep things clean and stocked. The happy hour provides enough food for dinner for most people, and I was never able to drink all the free drinks. Our room was pretty quiet, although the hotel is right downtown, so if city street noise bothers you, bring earplugs. It wasn’t excessive. Location is ideal - easy walking to restaurants, the convention center, and the train station, which provides an easy 1/2 hour ride to the airport. A 15 minute walk to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. There are a few panhandlers downtown, more at night and more near the train station, naturally. But overall…

Another enjoyable stay at The Drury. The room was very clean and comfortable. They do seem to clean rooms very late in the day. The afternoon drinks and snacks are a nice bonus. They usually have soups, pasta, salads and chips and baked potato. The building is a repurposed beautiful building. I would recommend staying at this beautiful location. The valet parking is a expensive at 30$. Overall a great stay.

We stayed at the Drury for one night with friends while in town for a concert. The location was easy walking distance to Tower City and the Q, along with lots of restaurant choices close by. The building is very cool, great to see it repurposed as a hotel. Rooms were quiet and comfy. Nice large bathroom and shower. Hot breakfast was included along with happy hour eats and drinks. Very nice touches!! Would definitely come back.

This place is fantastic! We have stayed here several times for different events and are always amazed by the staff and everything they offer. From the moment you check in you feel the friendly vibe and historic atmosphere. It’s convenient to everything and we never feel as is we are bothering anyone. You must stay here!!

This was one of the most satisfying hotel experiences. The architecture was really nice and the quality of the services was excellent! It is in a great location right in downtown Cleveland. You can park your car and walk to everything... casino, bars, restaurants, ice skating, stores, entertainment, and NBA and NFL venues. And the price was great! We'll be back! You won't be disappointed.

Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, good dinner and breakfast which are included - what more could one ask for?! One hint- do not assume you are arranging your stay directly through the hotel online- ended up with a large fee to a third party.

Hello,
The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is about half a mile from the hotel. This is around a 10-15 min walk or 3 min drive normally. We hope this helps, and we hope to see you soon. Thank you for choosing Drury Hotels!
Valet parking is mandatory at our parking garage. It is $29 + tax covered parking per day. There are several self parking garages in the vicinity of the hotel but guests will have to pay whatever that garage charges and in/out privileges are not typically included.

Good morning, sunnydee2. When you arrive, just pull up to the front of the hotel. The valet will help you unload your car and take responsibility of your vehicle from there. Unfortunately, your Rewards membership doesn't discount the parking fee, just the room charge when you book online signed in to your membership.
