I'm a fan. Big fan. Love Wilko and loved the original Dr Feelgood. This is a brilliant volume and is played plenty times in the car. Wilko played Gloucester last autumn and was the best (of many) gig that I went to in 2011. I hope he keeps on for years to come. The playing is so characteristic that from the first chord you know who it is. This is a great selection.

Wilko is an aquired taste. Have seen him twice live and he was worth every penny. This CD is no different,the rawest bluesy rock at its best with a good helping of Wilko's signiture machine gun guitar rift. You can just smell the sweat ouzing from this CD as all 3 of these pros give it 110%. It wouldn't be complete of course without a bit of "Dr Feelgood" so shut your eyes and go back in time with Roxette.

Anyone who has seen Wilko on stage knows what a talent he is. With a unique guitar style and a collection of great songs he's written over the years seeing him live is a an experience. This album recorded with long time band partner Norman Watt Roy (the amazing Norman Watt Roy) on bass is a primer to all things Wilko. Dr Dupree and She does it Right are the hoghlights but there are other wonderful songs on this CD. A must for any serious player or listener
