My Phone Partner was very helpful

My Phone Partner was very helpful, it was a very successfull conversation, and he spoke very good German. He solved all my Problems Perfect! I‘m very satisfied!!!! ❤️❤️❤️ Unfortunately I couldn‘t give a numerical Rating, I had a Internet Problem. But Iwould give for all questions the best grade. I don‘t understand is 1 or 5 the best… really a problem! Best wishes Eva Lechner.

Great customer service

Spoke to an agent called Sayed who was great. He took a personal approach to understand my reasoning for cancelling my membership. Not only processing my request, he was able to provide some great discounts which unfortunately at this time I had to respectfully decline. The whole call was dealt with a professional manner and made things easy. I look forward to hopefully in the near future reopening a prime membership with Opodo.

Booking OK, but follow-up was inadequate.

The booking went well, but EasyJet and Opodo confirmed the flight details, but quoted differing prices. This took some time to sort out.
Opodo Prime attempted to renew during the free trial period and it was very difficult out to find out who to contact to sort that out. It also cost my a £5 phone call to Opodo, mostly waiting for “details to be checked”.

Utkarsh

The customer service agent, Utkarsh, helped me in a calm and professional manner and answered all my questions smoothly. He also stayed on call with me to help me fill out a complicated form, so I'm thankful for that as well. 5/5 service!

Excellent Customer Service by Rukshika

I called close to 11 PM and my call was handled by Rukshika about my Prime Plus subscription. She handled my request exceptionally well and even gave me a better deal which I was not even aware existed. She was very clear, patient and friendly and knowledgeable as well. Excellent customer service by Oppodo and well done and thank you Rukshika!

Mustafa gave me a good customer service

Mustafa gave me a really good customer service. I wanted to cancel my prime membership and he explained to me in detail what can happen if I do it right now on the call(lose the discounts). Then I was offered a nice discount on my next flight if I keep the membership, so I kept it.

I didn't want to get charged £90

I didn't want to get charged £90 upon renewal of my free prime subscription so that was a bit sh!t. But the person that helped me over the phone was really lovely and helpful and it was just a funny experience talking to them so I'll boost the rating for that. Flight was cheap too until I lost £90

Good Service: Booking Mistake Quickly and Efficiently Rectified

I realised I made a mistake with my prime account and booked under a different email address. This was sorted out very quickly in an efficient way by the booking staff.

I purchased Opodo insurance which…

I purchased Opodo insurance which facilitates a change of flight dates. Don't buy it! You will get ripped off. The insurance cost £65 and the penalty to change the dates was £57. It was not made clear that there would be a penalty for changing dates. The insurance misleads you into thinking that once you purchase the insurance it will be changed for free. NOT TRUE, BEWARE!

Very pushy and unclear sales reps, benefits may not be as good as they seem

Did the free trial and then get a v hard sell on the phone when I rang up to cancel it. The guy was very persistent whilst being very unclear about what was included in membership (talking about crediting my wallet with £90 which has never appeared) and what I'd sacrifice if I cancelled my membership so I got suckered into renewing it and not sure what I'm going to gain. My fault for being gullible!

The operator was helpful.

The operator was helpful.
She spoke very fast and it was a bit difficult to understand what she was saying. It's a shame hidden extras are not obvious to customers buying tickets - I am a person who uses and navigates websites all the time and this was not immediately obvious.
I feel that this mey be deliberate

Moustafa Mekkay was super helpful

Moustafa Mekkay was super helpful. I called to cancel my Opodo Prime membership but he was able to convince me to stay with some great perks. What was my intention to call and close the issue in less than a minute he was able with his great sales pitch to keep me on the phone and to hook me up! Will definitely try Opodo now. Thank you,

Good Customer Service Experience

Marcus, the Agent on the Opodo Hotline, was very professional. Took about 10 minutes to cancel the Opodo Prime subscription with option to pro long manually including individual enhanced customer benefits in case of prolonging - no strings attached. Therefore 5 stars review and endorsement.
