• Not to be outdone by her daughter, Jada Pinkett Smith filmed a video doing an advanced yoga pose.
  • The Red Table Talk host pops from crow pose into plank like it's NBD.
  • Crow pose alone is a difficult move that requires strength, flexibility, focus, and preparation.

Inspired by her daughter Willow Smith, Jada Pinkett Smith is ready to show all her fans some advanced yogi tricks. (It seems celebs picked up pandemic hobbies, too!)

The actress, 49, just shared a video to Instagram with her latest feat. The Red Table Talk host makes it seem like NBD in the caption, "When you got a silly ass friend and y’all bored 🤣." But make no mistake: This combo move is a BFD.

Jada explains what's about to go down in the clip: "Okay listen, I'm going to try this move. I want you to catch this yoga move... Because Willow's been killing the game with yoga. But here's the deal... I introduced her to yoga, but she surpassed me." FYI yoga has been part of Jada's fitness routine for years, and she usually does an hour in the evenings.

Before dropping to the floor, Jada says, "I need to see if I can still do somethin'."

Jada squats down and briefly balances in crow pose before shooting her legs out to plank. She squeaks and giggles through the first attempt. It happens so fast, you could miss it. Then, Jada repeats the combo in slow motion, and it's even more impressive. (Btw, crow pose solo requires strength, flexibility, focus, and preparation, Lauren Porat, certified yoga instructor and founder of YogaSpark, previously told Women's Health. "Most people can't just pop into it—even if you can, you risk injury.")

But experienced yogi Jada can pop in and out of crow pose, making it look easy as can be. After she nails it for a second time, Jada turns to the camera and lets out a celebratory sound that's a cross between a roar and a hiss. It's safe to say Jada can still do somethin'.
