I appreciate the flexibility that the store provides. I've had to change my work hours because of school and church activities and the store has been very understanding. I'd love to see sears stick around for a lot longer!
My experience has been amazing. I wouldn't change anything for the world. My job challenges me to do better and it's a friendly work environment. You meet new people everyday and the hours are flexible.
My experience was pretty fantastic, I was able to learn a lot of skills while working with others and just being able to work hard and succeed at what I was working toward. The customers as well as the managers made my first working experience awesome.
