PRINCETON, N.J. –  Following the final weekend of regular season Ivy League softball competition, Princeton’s Lauren Sablone (Player) as well as Dartmouth’s Jensin Hall (Pitcher) and Cwen Wilson (Rookie) earned Ivy softball weekly honors.
 
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Lauren Sablone, Princeton (Jr., OF – North Reading, Mass.)

• Led the team with a .417 batting average (5-for-12), adding a triple and home run to slug .833 and a walk for a .462 on base percentage
• Hit the game-winning three-run home run with Princeton down to its final strike to defeat Cornell, 5-4 and clinch Princeton’s share of the Ivy title.
• Also scored three runs and led the team with six RBI and 10 total bases
• Went 5-for-10 in the three-game series against Cornell

 
PITCHER OF THE WEEK
Jensin Hall, Dartmouth (Fr., P – Frisco, Texas)

• Threw seven innings with eight strikeouts against Columbia, giving up only three hits (0.87 WHIP).
• Had a 1.00 ERA against Columbia’s batters, quieting the Lions to one earned run and .130 batting average

 
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Cwen Wilson, Dartmouth (Fr., INF – Paradise Valley, Ariz.)

• Cwen Wilson had a solid weekend at the plate batting .500 against Columbia with two hits, a double and hit by pitch
• Hit the go-ahead double in game one that drove in two runs, clinching an Ivy League tournament berth for Dartmouth
• Slugged .750 and had a .600 on base percentage and had a total of three RBI and one run scored
