      They automatically take payment out of my account even though I ask not too not only that I removed my information for bank account yet they still have it and still charg my account even when I told them lost job and don't the money they keep charge return payment charge even though they knew I didn't have money in account never again will I refer anyone to them

      I have an issue with the one main financial one for ******* my mobile account. I registered online to keep track of my account information and credit and everything else from OneMain financial and then we had a little disagreement with loan agreement that they agreed and then all of a sudden they decided that they’re not giving out car loans no more right now even though my credit score was 625 but I guess that’s the issue but my mobile app is malfunctioning and I get no more alerts for special offers loan offers. I keep sending them they keep getting the message that the notification thing is messed up because somebody messed it up so I don’t get notifications if it’s a chance I could apply for a loan and get a preapproval With you and pay it on time all the time taking more interest month than my payment is paying like 26% interest for the last seven years you made quite a bit of money off me and now you are discrediting me and shaming me and I feel my rights have been violated so whatever you think it is, I need somebody to get in there and fix it. I’m not calling a separate number. I call who takes care of my business that is one main financial in **** *******. I send them the notice that my mobile app is they’re trying to push it off on somebody else , they need to call them and get this thing fixed now

      On 5/23/24, I applied for an emergency loan of $3,000. They ran a HARD pull on my credit report. The results returned that I was approved. They asked me a million questions but was not able to answer any of mine. AFTER telling me I was approved for the $3,000, I was told that I would need a co-signer because the loan would need a vehicle to secure it. Why couldn't they be TRANSPARENT about this information forth coming to running and pulling a HARD PULL on my credit file. I was told I have a strong budget and my credit qualified, but they required additional to secure the loan. If you ask me, they ruin ppl credit running unnecessary reports just to play games with lack of communication to PREVENT having run an individuals credit. STAY FAAAARR AWAY FROM THESE PPL. They hurt not HELP.

      Horrible company. I have a loan that was set up wrong with payments supposed to be 2 a month they messed up and it’s my fault. Have told them 6 months in a row. Still can’t get it right. I do not recommended this company only more

      Do not get a title loan. They do not offer hardship help if you fall behind on payments AND their interest rate is high AF. I've been paying on my loan faithfully for 2 years and I can't get a hardship assistance; they only offer 3 month deferments. While that does help, I need a long term solution. When I first got the loan, the loan officer did not go over any options AT ALL. He was too eager to give me the money. Even neglecting the fact that I wasn't the main title holder. I'm going to get a personal loan from my credit union at a 12% interest rate just to pay One Main back just so I can get my title back and be done with them; basically rob Peter to pay Paul. I need my title because I can't risk losing my car or getting a repo under my name. I should've went to my credit union for help in the first place. Do not get a title loan from these people; get a loan from your credit union is you have one , they have a small interest rate, there are also 2 other companies online that offer personal loans, ***** and *** ******; or download apps on your phone to borrow small sums of money. If all else fails, get a side hustle like offering shared rides for cash, there are groups you can join on Facebook.

      The team at the ******** Pa branch were very helpful until my car was totaled. They told me that they would redo my loan to a lower payment so I could get a new car. That never happened. They said I needed collateral to redo the loan. My loan is now unsecured so you would think they might work with you to lower the monthly payment amount on what is left. They won’t return phone calls. Once I get them paid back I’ll never deal with this company again.
