Instructions for Candidates

Mandatory Instructions and prerequisites for Candidates

  • Candidates should have valid E-Mail ID and Mobile number to get OTP for admission registration process. OTPs will be sent to the registered Mobile number and E-Mail ID
  • Candidates are required to fill the exact personal and contact details in order to receive communications about admission process in time.
  • Candidates must have valid Aadhaar Details.
  • Before start filling the admission registration form, candidate must ensure that they have:
    • Candidate�s Passport size photo in jpeg format (Less than 50 KB).
    • Scanned copy of candidate�s signature in jpeg format (Less than 50 KB).
    • Scanned copy of 10th,12th, Diploma, Degree or other qualified Examinations Mark sheets in PDF Format. (Less than 100 KB ).
    • TNEA/DOTE/ TANCET/OTHERS allotments order copy.
    • Valid bank account details: Account Number, IFSC code and Bank Name with Branch name.
    • Candidate�s Blood Group.
    • Scanned copy of Candidate�s Aadhaar Card.
    • Scanned copy First graduate certificate.
    • Scanned copy Income certificate (for PMSS).
    • The scanned copy of Community Certificate in PDF format (if applicable) must be uploaded in the portal.
  • Kindly fill up this form with correct information which is very essential and is a primary step of the admission process. Candidate should fill Personal details as per the 12th Standard Certificate.(Candidates Name, Parent name, DOB ).
  • Application form must be complete in all respects. Incomplete forms are liable to be rejected.
  • In all matters relating to the admission, the decision of the College will be final and binding on the applicants.
  • The admission process at the College shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai.
  • On line payment portal available for payment.
    • In case of Online Payment, student can pay specified fee amount via Credit card, Debit card, Net banking and Payment wallets, available with the payment gateway. In case of any issue in online transaction please e -mail �to�a2@svce.ac.in�mentioning Application ID with details.
    • In case of any difficulty, contact us on College helpline number (044-27152000) during working hours (10 A.M. to 4.30 P.M.)

  • When the candidates are coming to the college for admission, the following documents are to be submitted.
    • 1. Printout of completed application forms
    • 2. Declaration forms
    • 3. Undertaking forms(Anti-Ragging)
    • 4. Affidavit by Parents and Candidatess
    • 5. Original Certificates
