Big collection of planes. Good theme of Solent aviation business and it’s overall contribution. Great volonteers all willing to share their enthusiasm and knowledge.
Boat plane short Solent great to get into and also into the cockpit of a harrier 😀.

Not the greatest museum, especially having paid £10.50 entrance fee. Not the most interesting but pretty informative. The arcade on ground floor was excellent, a lot of fun. Felt like Tom Hanks in BIG …

It's nice to take it because it means that we finally arrive on the island but very often they cancel the trips but anyway is fine

Saw Chitty Chitty Bang Bang last night (03/5/24) and everyone needs to see it!!! It was truly marvellous, the cast was incredible, the orchestra/band utter perfection and the lighting/staging was wonderful!
I've seen many many productions of various shows in various theatres and yet last night I got to experience the best performance of my life, I cannot thank the people that made this happen enough. This show is unmissable and I cannot recommend it enough. I wish I could list all the cast, crew, and staff by name but then I'd have a very very long review but please know, if you are in any way a part of this show or theatre: You. Are. Fantastic.

Located walking distance roughly midway between the West Quay shopping centre and the ferries to Hythe and the Isle of Wight at the ‘bottom end of town’. This really is a ‘must see’ place. Access to the excellent gardens at the back is free. This is also where the café and toilets are situated. The gardens are very tranquil and give panoramic views of that part of Southampton from the slightly elevated position. You can also get free access from here into the rooms at the back of the building which go up several floors and show how life has changed over the years. There are even some period costumes available for people to try on. Very good for a quick visit or to stay longer if you have the time to soak up the history and think about all the past events which took place here. The souvenir shop is very good and they have an activity area for children.

Having attended skiing session level 1, I find the venue very well maintained and safe for all skill levels. I am very glad to have had Julian as my instructor. In addition, other staffs had been helpful.

I had a good day overall. I will say that the day that day was really hot, and I was feeling really unwell, unfortunately I ended up being sick, but the folks in the subway on the top floor were very kind and let me take a bag and tissues and then the westquay staff member Ivona helped take me to the correct waste area, everyone was very kind and sympathetic and I very much appreciate it! Thank all!

A good 30 minute walk give or take from city center but well worth a visit, or local buses stop right across the street.
Great grounds for dog walking or just walking around this nicely manicured grounds.
Make sure to check out the old cemetery, definitely OLD is an understatement.

Not too bad, sat in good seats, staff were friendly as hell, had some annoying maggot in front of me however who thought he knew everything about football when in reality he know nothing, overall great time. Also, it was near enough £5 for a sodding pie!

Great day out lots to do and see. Plenty of seating at the right places to take a breather and watch the kids at play . The cottage and school interiors are delightful , authentically furnished with items true to the past. Thankfully a complete absence of plastic signage just lots to appreciate . Staff are kind courteous and clearly as much in love with this place as I am. Please let it remain untouched by 'improvement' .

Why a great day, such amazing value! A wonderful step back in time to our local industrial history. Enjoyed the education, information and environment. Lovely team of volunteers. Great coffee and cake too.

Shout out to all those engineers who made the Titanic. I really went back in time from this place to the Titanic. Respect to all. Amazing place. Emotional place. A good place to know the Titanic history in my hometown Southampton.
