Disable Touch Keyboard on a Tablet when a Keyboard is connected

It's getting really annoying. I'm using a Samsung ATIV Smart PC, and whenever I have to enter my password, the touch keyboard shows up EVEN when my actual physical keyboard is already connected. In chrome, when I select a text field with my fingers, the touch keyboard comes up. No I don't want to use the touch keyboard when I've got a better physical keyboard already attached.

I'm not sure you understand what my problem is. I can't seem to change anything regarding the keyboard under the touch settings.

What my problem is is this:

I have a tablet with a removable physical keyboard.

When I don't have the physical keyboard attached, and I select a text input field, the virtual keyboard shows up. Ok, that's normal.

However, when I do have the physical keyboard attached and I select a text input field with my hands, the virtual keyboard still shows up.

How do I disable the virtual keyboard from showing up when I've attached my physical keyboard already?

EDIT: I found this http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_cp-performance/turn-off-touch-keyboard-windows-8/80cd2fd5-2ef0-40d5-866b-851b9bf95a3e Which lets me disable the touch keyboard, but is there an easy of way of reactivating it with say a shortcut or command?

EDIT2: Nevermind that link didn't help, my touch keyboard came back. This is really frustrating.

EDIT3: Nevermind, found it I had to disable the service. Now to set something to renable the service when I disconnect my keyboard.
