She reluctantly agrees to stay at the home of her police detective son, Charlie, after she is mugged and needs time to recover. Charlie rebuffs Harry's offer to help when she notices a striking clue in the current murder case he is investigating, so she decides to solve the crime herself with some help from an unexpected source -- her teen mugger, Fergus. Despite the chief protagonist’s pedantic fixation with lucid expression and correct usage, the show is a rambling muddle that often makes no sense.       Jeanne S It definitely makes you have to suspend some believability. That's OK though, because I'm looking for escape, and this show offers it. Fergus is a darling character. Harry and Fergus together are actually quite charming. I am a teacher, so I'm rooting for the teacher.
