They've improved the quality of this release
So, in regards to previous reviews i can say they've improved several things on this release. First, the box is different and now it even has the legit bluray logo. The back cover now it doesn't have those barcodes upon barcodes that made it look terrible. Both discs are now placed on each side of the box unlike a previous version with both discs on the same side. You can also check that the discs now show their entire content and don't have a barcode placed upon the episodes list. Finally, it was mentioned before that you had to pick every episode individually, now it does have a 'play all' option. The menu is extremely basic but it does what is supposed to do. The greatest downside is that still has no subtitles at all. That aside, i can say i'm ok with the purchase, specially since i found it on discount and used a coupon too.In regards to the series itself, we know this is not the original series so expectations shouldn't be placed there. Is better to enjoy it simply for what it is, an effort to portray/homage something that was great but very hard to replicate.

This is a huge improvement from the FIRST season which I——as an old WHITE man——took offence at. The poke in the ribs to the [minority] of white folks that hate blacks put a bad-taste in my mouth. I just didn't appreciate the left-leaning narrative against "Me" [a white man.] But . . .
This second season was top-of-the-line entertainment. I loved each, and, EVERY episode. Not a stinker in the bunch.
Since I was so hard on the first-season, I guess my closing comment is that there IS, extreme, violence in the first episode, and, therefore, was the least-enjoyable to MY sensibilities.

I was a fan of the original twilight zone , this is a poor substitute . If you’re looking for something comparable to the Rod Serling series like I was, you will be disappointed.

“The Obsolete Man,” a 25 minute Twilight Zone show seen on TV on 6/2/1961, free on Netflix and Hulu, is the last show in series 2, episode 29. It depicts a future civilization which is a dictatorship that insists that there is no God and books are bad. A librarian is brought before a court charged with being an enemy of the State who must be killed because as a librarian he is obsolete.
He is declared guilty and can choose how and when within a certain limit of time he will be killed. He says he wants to choose the assassin who will kill him and how the assassin should do it. He want his murder to occur in his home. He also wants his death to be televised throughout the country. The court agrees.
On the day of his murder, he invites the head of the court to visit him
